The Rebels enter the game with a 9-2 record.... They were 4-1 on their home turf and 5-1 on the road.

Vestavia Hills is on a four game winning streak since losing to Hewitt-Trussville in week eight of the season by a score of 55-27 at home. During the winning streak the Rebels have outscored their opponents by an average of 44.3-4.3.

They qualified for the playoffs by finishing 3rd in Class 7A Region 3. The Rebels were 5-2 in region play.
